Our Mission: To connect public high school students in the Twin Cities through diversity themed art.
Diversity could include race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, physical abilities, religious beliefs, etc.
What kind of art do we accept?
- All art forms welcome!
- Including but not limited to vocal music, instrumental music, theater/acting, poetry, painting, drawing, sculpture, weaving, dance, etc.
- The art should authentically represent themes pertaining to diversity including social activism, perspectives, experiences, feelings, family, traditions, culture, etc.

Where will we share the art?
On our instagram account titled “Students United Through Art”. We will share around 1 piece of new art a day.
How do all students participate?
- Create and share your art!!
- Each piece of art should include a brief title and description that discusses the diversity significance of the piece
- Video submissions should be 2-3 minutes in length (max of 5 minutes)
- Students can provide their name and/or instagram account if they want to be tagged
- Send all your art to your high school’s student representative(s)
- They will forward it to Students United Through Art
